FAQ

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book directly through Clea. If you already have a referral or imaging report, bring it to the first visit.

What happens if I need a scan?

Imaging is referred to a connected centre in the network, and the report returns to the practice before your follow-up.

Can I be seen by video?

Follow-ups and progress reviews can often be done by video. First consultations for a new condition are in person.
